Joselyn Bickford brings over 20 years of experience in brand leadership, having worked at top agencies like GUT, CP+B, W+K and 72&Sunny. Throughout her career, she has collaborated with iconic brands such as American Airlines, Google, INFINITI, Michelob Ultra, MINI, Old Navy, Popeyes, and Vans, helping senior marketers develop impactful strategies that deliver on business objectives.
Her expertise spans brand platform strategy, identity development, communications planning, and integrated campaigns. Joselyn's approach combines creativity, strategic foresight, and a focus on driving brand momentum, ensuring her work is not just effective but enduring.
Joselyn's accomplishments have been recognized with over 40 prestigious awards, including honors from AICP, Cannes Lions, CLIO, D&AD, Effie, The One Show, and WARC, celebrating her excellence in creativity, design, and effectiveness. In 2024, she led the collaboration between GUT and Google Creative Labs on the Google Pixel Super Bowl spot "Javier in Frame"—which AdAge named one of the year's best purpose-led campaigns. During the first month of the pandemic, she guided her team in launching American Airlines' new brand positioning and tagline "You Are Why We Fly," reinforcing the company's commitment to employees and customers. Her leadership has sparked several cultural moments, including Philadelphia Cream Cheese's Tax-Free Bagel campaign, reuniting the Griswold Family for Old Navy's holiday promotion, and persuading the Times Square Naked Cowboy to swap his signature briefs for Fruit of the Loom boxer briefs.
