As the Operations Specialist of Delivery at Part and Sum, I provide support to the our Growth Marketers while facilitating efficient communications across teams, ensuring our ad ops processes run smoothly, and maintaining resources on all our partner programs.

Sam has worked with some of the more complex accounts with multiple brands as the primary ad ops contact. She applies her experience in hospitality and operations ****to communicating with clients and ensuring assets get uploaded efficiently and accurately, providing bandwidth support to the team as needed.

Some of Sam’s achievements include building out multiple no code systems to improve workflows across teams and establishing new Ad Ops procedures to handle complex accounts with multiple work streams.
