Surveyed over 300 small business owners across the U.S. to understand their banking habits and relationships with the financial services industry. We uncovered insights that were pivotal in content hierarchy and updated brand positioning.
UX Strategy
Wireframed and refined the user journey, navigation, sitemap and partnered with designers and developers to bring the journey to life.
Creative Validation
Facilitated a group of 10 small business owner beta testers over the course of 7 months, gaining significant insights into their financial practices, while also providing creative feedback at every step of the brand identity creative process. Created a new growth centric KPI to track leading indicators of more efficient high value acquisition.
